Interactive Online Conference Offered 60+ Sessions and Presented Awards to Outstanding Law Firm Clients

Over 1300 people, most of them Aderant’s law firm clients and prospects, participated in the highly interactive event to learn about the company’s latest developments for its state-of-the-art technology suite.
Notable themes from Virtual Momentum 2021 included Aderant’s major leaps forward in the areas of cloud solution delivery, infrastructure and application security, outside counsel guidelines (OCG) compliance, and data intelligence. Aderant announced the company will soon be launching a data intelligence offering to bring greater performance measurement and benchmarking to the law firm billing process. The new solution will furnish unprecedented actionable insights to improve efficiency, profitability, and performance in billing.
Aderant honored several of its law firm clients with awards at Virtual Momentum 2021. Davis, Graham & Stubbs received the 2021 Innovator of the Year award as the first firm to go live on Aderant Expert in a fully remote environment in March 2020, just two weeks after locking down for the pandemic. Cole Scott & Kissane and Alston & Bird also received distinguished awards during the event.
Virtual Momentum 2021 came directly on the heels of The Aderant 2020 Business of Law and Legal Technology Survey results, released earlier this month. The Survey found that though firms were well-prepared to keep businesses going during the pandemic, they were still troubled by operational efficiency and technology adoption challenges. Also, the Survey revealed that firms planned to make significant investments in process improvements and software in the next 3-5 years. At Virtual Momentum 2021, Aderant demonstrated a wide range of intuitive, on-trend technology solutions for firms to consider as they determine new areas to invest in the near future.
At the end of the Conference, Aderant announced that Momentum 2022 will be held in-person in Austin, Texas at the Hilton Austin on May 16-19.
